Establishing a Financial and Technology Hub in Istanbul

A Financial and Technology Hub will be established in Istanbul. The decision regarding the "Approval of the 2025 Presidential Annual Program" prepared by the Presidency was published in the Official Gazette's supplementary issue. The program emphasizes the support for the development of domestic financial technologies. In this context, it has been stated that a Financial and Technology Hub in Istanbul will be established and a support program for technology procurement for fintechs will be implemented. Efforts will be made to increase the share of public investments in fintech investment funds.
