Novak: Russia Aims to Collaborate with OPEC

Forex - Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak stated that the global energy market is currently under significant pressure and that Russia aims to further enhance its cooperation with OPEC. In his remarks during the Russia-OPEC energy dialogue, Novak expressed, "We highly value OPEC's interaction with Russia. For our part, we aim to enhance this interaction; this is part of our country's energy strategy until 2035." He also emphasized OPEC’s value in stabilizing the global oil market, considering the current situation. Novak noted, "The energy market is currently under significant pressure. Changes in demand, price fluctuations, and environmental responsibility requirements - all of these are becoming a new reality that we all have to cope with."
