Foreks - İş GYO, in collaboration with Tecim, is offering 61 villas for sale in the first phase of its project, which consists of a total of 165 villas, developed in Ömerli.
Kasaba Evleri, Istanbul's first town-concept project, features the last phase, Kasaba Modern, located away from the city and surrounded by nature, with various sizes of villa options. Since its establishment, İş GYO has been working to create safe, modern, high-investment-value, and livable spaces in the real estate sector. Now, in collaboration with Tecim, it has launched Kasaba Modern, offering a modern town life in one of Istanbul's most valuable neighborhoods, Ömerli.
Kasaba Evleri, completed in its first phase in 2003, has become the region's first and most prestigious project, with subsequent phases 2, 3, and 4 developed in following years. The fifth phase, developed in partnership with Tecim Ltd. Şti. on a total plot of 138 acres, comprises a total of 165 villas. The Kasaba Modern project emphasizes a life intertwined with nature, initially offering 61 villas for sale. It features garden townhouses with 2+1 and 3+1 types and twin or detached villas ranging from 4+1 to 6+1, with or without pools. In addition to existing social facilities, the project also includes social facilities exclusive to Kasaba Modern, a biological pond, and walking areas.
Barlas Ülkü, General Manager of İş GYO, highlighted the company's 25-year journey and its impact on the sector with notable projects such as Kanyon, Çınarlı Bahçe, Manzara Adalar, Ege Perla, and Litus Istanbul. He stated, "We have started delivering homes in Litus Istanbul, which is currently on sale, and we are now launching our Kasaba Modern project. Kasaba Evleri, which we started 20 years ago and has become the pride of the Ömerli Region, is the first town-concept project in Turkey and bears İş GYO's signature of ‘trust, quality, and modernity’. Like all of İş GYO’s projects, Kasaba Modern will be built to the highest standards of architecture and engineering, complying with earthquake regulations. It will meet the increasing demand for living in harmony with nature and will be the go-to address for those seeking a life amid nature."
